About My Clients

As a counselor, I value my clients and respect their beliefs without any bias. I entered the mental health field after observing the lack of importance for mental health in minority communities, specifically immigrants. I believe using an integrated approach of person centered and cognitive behavioral therapy can help personalize therapy towards everyone.

My Background and Approach

Therapy is a process that takes time, patience, and consistency. As your therapist, I will provide a judgement free environment along with my undivided attention to each client. I believe that everyone carries the strength to overcome a difficult situation within themselves. With a little bit of support and encouragement, we can come out stronger than before. I welcome every client regardless of cultural background with a warm, empathetic, and attentive personality. I am fluent in English, Urdu, and Punjabi.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

With the mindset that therapy should be a part of everyone’s life, I aim to help my clients build skills that they can use throughout the rest of their life. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults. My passion and drive to help others allow me to create meaningful communication between me and my clients. Together, we can overcome the hurdles one at a time.
