About My Clients
I specialize in helping Black Millennial and GenZ adults (and couples too!) maneuver through life transitions, develop healthy coping skills, create and maintain healthy relationships, set boundaries, and develop personalized self-care plans. As your therapist, my role is to help you reach your goals and prepare you to manage life’s difficulties and transitions. I help my clients develop both personally and professionally to maintain HOLISTIC WELLNESS in their lives and I want to help YOU too!
My Background and Approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral talk-therapy with my clients and will help you identify your negative beliefs, unhealthy thought patterns, and unhealthy behaviors that are causing emotional distress and disturbance. We will work together to challenge your negative and unhealthy beliefs so that you can live a more positive, happiness, and fulfilling life. I will also help you create and reach your goals, develop a plan for self-care and holistic wellness, and support you through any concerns you need to process. We will work together to ensure that you become the best version of yourself.
