About My Clients
Taking steps toward change is a powerful act of courage and self-care - therapy is a great place to start. I work with individuals and couples (or relationships of all kinds) who are seeking personal growth, deeper connection, and lasting change. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or in need of extra support, I offer a nonjudgmental space to help you move forward.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from Naropa University with a Master's in mindfulness-based, transpersonal therapy. I currently hold an LPCC and I am supervised by Allison Harvey, LPC, at Benediction Counseling. My approach is based in compassion, guided by a person-centered philosophy. I incorporate evidence-based approaches to provide structure to each session. I utilize mindfulness practices such as parts work (IFS), Gestalt therapy, somatic interventions, and Emotion Focused Therapy for relationship counseling (shifting reactive patterns into deeper love and understanding). My goal is to bring structure, clarity, and curiosity to each session, walking along side you as we explore new possibilities for healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the core of my work is a belief in the healing power of relationships. I view connection - not just with others, but also with ourselves - as an essential piece to emotional well-being and personal growth. Therapy itself is a relational process, where trust, empathy, and authenticity create space for healing and transformation. I am committed to fostering an equitable, inclusive environment where all individuals feel seen, heard, and valued in their lived experience. I believe every person has true inner wisdom, strength, and capacity to face life’s hardest challenges! I work as a collaborative partner in helping clients reconnect with that inner resilience and find clarity of their own.
