Working with adolescents involves building trust and rapport. I create a safe space for them to express themselves, using age-appropriate therapies like CBT or Gestalt therapy. Through empathy and guidance, I support teens in navigating challenges, fostering resilience, and empowering them to develop coping skills, self-awareness, and a sense of identity as they navigate the complexities of adolescence towards greater emotional well-being.

Treating Autism Spectrum Disorder involves an individualized approach. I emphasize understanding each person's unique traits and challenges. Using tailored interventions, I support individuals in developing social skills, managing sensory sensitivities, and fostering independence. By celebrating strengths and empowering clients to navigate daily life effectively, I aim to create an inclusive and supportive environment that promotes their well-being and enhances their quality of life.
