About My Clients
I work with kids, adolescents, adults and families navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, stress, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and much more. I strive to create a supportive and compassionate space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment, while feeling heard, respected, and supported throughout their healing journey.
