If you are feeling lonely or disconnected in your life or in your marriage, I want to help you more deeply understand yourself and how you function in relationship so that you can learn how to better care for yourself and those you love.
My Background and Approach
I have been seeing clients for over a year and recently applied for my Associate Professional Counselor license. I graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary with a Masters of Arts in Counseling. I am Prepare/Enrich premarital facilitator and have gotten training in the RelateStrong method as well as Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy. I have personal experience with grief and want to help walk alongside my clients in their hurts and struggles.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a strong Christian faith and can bring that into our counseling relationship if desired by the client. I believe in the inherent value of all people and strive to care well for my clients as a result.
