About My Clients
You may look like you’re holding it all together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or exhausted on the inside. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, trauma, people-pleasing, or major life transitions. They are often high-achieving individuals who are tired of carrying everything alone and want a space where they can be authentic without judgment.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Parts Work, Somatic Practices, and trauma-informed care. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring difficult emotions, patterns, and experiences. Together, we’ll identify your goals, build practical coping skills, and work toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves a space where they can feel heard, supported, and accepted without judgment. My approach is rooted in compassion and respect for each client’s unique experiences and goals. I value genuine human connection and believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to show up as their true selves. I strive to create an environment where clients can explore difficult emotions and build meaningful change at their own pace. Outside of therapy, I value balance, personal growth, time in nature, movement, and spending time with loved ones. These experiences remind me of the importance of self-care and living a life that aligns with what matters most to us. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life. My goal is to provide a supportive and inclusive space where clients feel respected, empowered, and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.
