About My Clients
I work with tweens, teens, and adults navigating a wide range of life experiences. My clients often come to me struggling with anxiety, trauma, burnout, life transitions, family conflict, compassion fatigue, grief, and the search for meaning and purpose. Many are juggling multiple roles — caregivers, parents, professionals, and those navigating cultural identity and adaptation. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and bring a warm, culturally sensitive lens to every session.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring an integrative, whole-person framework to every session. Drawing on traditional talk therapy, somatic work (breathwork, movement, body scanning, mindfulness), art, music, spirituality, and energy healing, I tailor therapy to each individual. My theoretical grounding includes CBT, ACT, psychodynamic, strength-based, trauma-focused, and solution-focused approaches. I'm fluent in English and Hebrew and bring a culturally sensitive lens enriched by years of living overseas and working with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing, resilience, and growth are already within you — my role is to help you access them. The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work: a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your inner world and reconnect with your most authentic self. As a daughter of immigrants, mother of three, and member of the sandwich generation, I bring deep empathy and lived experience to every session. I believe in honoring the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — and that true well-being comes from integrating all parts of ourselves.
