About My Clients
Have you found that somedays are great and other days you can barely accomplish minimal tasks? This struggle is real for many of us due to anxiety, depression and trauma. Our bodies and minds strive and thrive for balance, consistency and routine, which can be easily rocked with everyday life stressors. We won't ever have perfect harmony, however by working together I can offer hope, techniques and a space to explore how to have better balanced days.
My Background and Approach
While working with my clients I make every effort to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement. During our time together you many find CBT techniques and mindfulness useful. I find that being flexible with treatment modalities is the most suitable to build coping skills, identify one's strengths and empower you through your days.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Most of the world is struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and pain in some fashion. Change is hard and we tend to be resistant. When given the time and space, I believe feelings and emotion are malleable. With the right support, talking and sharing you take charge of your emotions. It's about self-development.
