About My Clients
You find yourself wondering how it's possible to feel so alone in a relationship. No matter how hard you try, you and your partner keep missing each other. You miss the easy conversations, the laughter, the closeness you once had. It doesn't have to stay this way. Working with a trained couples therapist, you can heal old hurt, rebuild your connection, and rediscover the relationship you've been missing. It is possible to feel close again.
How I Can Help You
As a Level 3 Gottman-trained couples therapist, I bring deep expertise to some of the most challenging relationship experiences, including recovering from an affair, healing from trauma, and navigating the transition to parenthood. I practice Evidence-Based Therapy, meaning the approaches I use are grounded in research and proven to work. You may have heard of some of them: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method. These aren't one-size-fits-all techniques. I draw from each thoughtfully, based on what you and your partner actually need. Most importantly, I believe therapy works best when it's collaborative. That means we work together to create goals that are meaningful to you and specific to your situation. You are the expert on your own life, and I'm here to help you move through it with more clarity, connection, and confidence.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
I became a therapist because I believe healthy relationships are at the heart of a happy life, and that everyone deserves to feel comfortable, confident, and fully themselves without shame or judgment. Relationships shape us. The way we learn to connect, trust, communicate, and love begins long before we ever walk into a therapist's office. I find this endlessly fascinating, and it's why relational work is at the core of everything I do. Whether you're working on your relationship with your partner, yourself, or both, I bring warmth, curiosity, and a deep commitment to helping you get there. I believe everyone is capable of reaching their own version of their best self, and I love helping clients define what that looks and feels like for them. A little about me: I'm a Bay Area native, a proud Giants fan, and a mom to a grown daughter. I bring all of who I am into this work, and I welcome you to do the same. You deserve a therapist who sees you fully. I'd love to be that person.
