My company Ask Coach Gwen’s goal is simple: to foster an environment of Total Wellness, encompassing mind, body, & soul. Through my own journey in discovering self-confidence and value, I can help empower clients to develop ownership over their own healing process. In turn, that ownership helps to increase a person’s quality of life. I tailor my services for my client’s wellness, whether it’s Counseling, Coaching, or Community education.
My Background and Approach
My counseling approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for Individual, Family and Couples Counseling, as well as Group Therapy, with experience serving adolescents, adults, seniors, and individuals involved in the criminal justice system and community supervision.
