About My Clients
My clients are men and teenage boys who are motivated and ready to engage in the work of therapy. They come from all walks of life: executives, athletes, students, and men navigating career changes, relationships, and life transitions. What they share is a desire for structure, direct communication, and practical strategies. Many are managing anxiety, depression, performance pressure, or substance use concerns. They come to therapy not just to talk about their challenges, but to make changes.
My Background and Approach
I entered the mental health field to apply real life experience toward helping others navigate meaningful change. I earned my MSW from Monmouth University and spent the early part of my career in outpatient and partial hospitalization settings, where I developed a practical, clinically grounded approach to work across a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. I also serve as a Director of an organization who provides education to schools, businesses, and community organizations. My approach is holistic, results-driven, and tailored to the individual. I integrate evidence-based methods with a direct, solution-focused style that emphasizes insight leading to action. Sessions are structured and collaborative. We identify patterns, understand obstacles, and build strategies that create sustainable change. I specialize in working with men and teenage boys navigating anxiety, depression, substance misuse, performance pressure, and life transitions.
