Guilise Gondre (she/her)

Creating a warm, open and supportive bond is fundamental in the therapeutic relationship. We will work together to build this space where you feel safe and open to discuss and work though life challenges with cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based modalities. All clients are different so I will tailor my approach to best serve you. I have worked with a wide range of clients who have allowed me to connect with each of them in ways that have provided me with much information to support client needs. This knowledge includes, but is not limited to, adolescent and teen mental health, mood disorders (anxiety and depression), relationships, domestic abuse and life transitions. This diversity of knowledge and experience has given me the opportunity to engage with my clients in ways that have been flexible and supportive for growth, healing and wellness.

Life comes with so much from managing finances to finding and maintaining love and even dealing with grief and loss. I have always been very attuned to energy and find it to be one of the most, if not the most, important things to find peace and grounding to live a life we are proud to call our own. With groundedness comes self authenticity, joy and deeper direction in life. My hope is that my clients can come to a space where they can build and work on their wildest dreams and create the life that they want to live and in the process, we can work on any roadblocks from childhood, adult life and everything in between. We are all meant to live lives full of joy and peace but we must cultivate it from within.
