Our clients include individuals experiencing anxiety, panic, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, trauma-related symptoms, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), mood disorders, sleep concerns, grief and loss, relationship stress, and major life transitions. Our Background and Approach
Our approach is grounded in warmth, genuineness, honesty, and humor. We believe meaningful care happens through authentic, collaborative relationships where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. We provide therapy and medication management, and when appropriate we coordinate care across disciplines to support both symptom relief and long-term stability. Our clinical experience includes substance-related challenges and concerns such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). We also provide affirming support across life stages and identities, including pregnancy, postpartum, menopausal transition, gender-affirming care, and multicultural and multiethnic experiences.
Why We Started this Group Practice
We started this group practice to create accessible, thoughtful mental health care that feels human, not rushed. Too often, clients feel unheard or forced into care that does not fully reflect their needs. Our goal was to build a space where therapy and psychiatric care are collaborative, affirming, and grounded in respect. We value honesty, inclusivity, and individualized care. Our team is committed to providing affirming support for people across identities, cultures, and life stages, and to meeting clients where they are. We believe mental health care should empower people, reduce barriers to healing, and support long-term well-being—not just symptom management.
