About My Clients
Do you ever wonder if your feelings are normal? Are you questioning the status of your relationship? Are you struggling with healing after a traumatic event? Have you tried to solve the problems in your life and realized you need help from someone else? I’m confident that together we can work to help equip you with the necessary tools to help you face and overcome these challenges.
My Background and Approach
My name is Guan Ellerbe. I am a person that values family and helping others. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I utilize an array of evidenced-based approaches. Whether you’re struggling with Life after Incarceration, Relationship Issues, or Depression and Anxiety, it is important that you know you don’t have to be alone in this journey. We have the experience to help you achieve your goals, overcome these struggles, and live a more fulfilling and meaningful life. We understand no two individuals are the same, and we tailor our sessions together to address challenges unique to you. We will work together to understand the root cause of your struggles and address those issues with long-lasting strategies, helping you get closer to the life you’ve always wanted. At LLBH, we offer individual services, couples and family sessions, group counseling, weekend therapeutic retreats and weekend psycho-education workshops.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Our vision is to move Massachusetts disenfranchised population to a condition of empowerment and self-determination, by enabling them to employ innovative strategies to produce desirable actions that lead to healthy results. LLBH, Inc. is dedicated to the community it serves. Through seminars, weekend retreats, therapeutic groups, individual, couples, and family counseling, the center strives to raise public awareness to the needs of mental health wellness within our community. Services are designed to strengthen and increase self-esteem, self-respect, and respect for others in society, promote health, and to address issues relating to improving the quality of their lives and relationships. We specifically encourage individuals and families post-incarceration to reach out for our support.
