About My Clients
I conduct therapy for adolescents and adults presenting with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, complex trauma, and relational issues. I also offer psychological assessments for teens and adults for presentations including ADHD, gifted testing, mood disorders, learning disorders, academic assessments, testing accommodations and diagnostic clarification. I also offer ketamine-assisted therapy for those undergoing ketamine infusions for PTSD or depression.
My Background and Approach
I practice an integrative model of therapy, combining psychodynamic, humanistic/existential, and family systems theories. I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the core of change and healing, and I strive to foster a safe, inclusive, and culturally sensitive space. Life has its ups and downs, and I am here to help you navigate. In therapy, we will focus on gaining insight and making meaning of your personal experiences. By processing past events and current stressors, we can find new ways to approach and understand your world. I will assist you in finding relief from current symptoms and challenges, and work with you to find meaning and purpose in your life so that you can reach your goals.
