My Background and Approach
I have been in the mental health/addiction field for over 30 years and love watching others grow internally and externally. Working as a Grief Recovery Practitioner has also added a unique aspect to my practice as I assist others to tend to their healing. I have worked with many different cultures, ethnicities and ages. Learning how you navigate through life is important to build a solid foundation for us to work within so that you can attain your goals.
