About My Clients
My clients are often thoughtful, high-functioning adults and teens who feel stuck in anxious patterns or overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts. Some are navigating transitions in relationships, identity, or career; others are ready to stop letting anxiety or OCD dictate their decisions. They’re looking for therapy that is evidence-based, grounded, and focused on meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I work with adults and teens who feel caught in cycles of anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, or intrusive thoughts. Many of my clients struggle with OCD, rumination, panic, health anxiety, or the quiet exhaustion of trying to keep everything under control. Others are navigating meaningful life transitions and want more clarity and direction. My approach is grounded in evidence-based ACT and CBT, along with Solutions-Focused therapy. That means we don’t just explore what’s happening — we actively work toward change. Together, we identify patterns that keep anxiety stuck and build skills to respond differently, even when uncertainty feels uncomfortable. Therapy with me is collaborative, structured, and forward-moving. My goal is not only symptom relief, but helping you live with greater steadiness, intention, and alignment with what matters most.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is about helping you move with life’s current rather than against it — especially when your mind is loud or the path ahead feels uncertain. We can’t always control what shows up internally, but we can learn how to respond differently and choose the next right step. My work focuses on building flexibility, clarity, and forward momentum. Therapy should feel steady and collaborative — a space where you reconnect with what matters and take meaningful action, even when discomfort is present.
