About My Clients
My Clients are Brave! They have completed what could be the most difficult step: They've Communicated. They have put in some effort and therefore, shown they have the desire for change (growth). Engaged and Driven, I very much look forward to sitting down with them again. I work mostly with adults who are looking for support and/or a caring assist. I can do that!
My Background and Approach
Upon Graduating from High School in Oregon, I headed East. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Communication Studies from Emerson College in Boston where I minored in Psychology. My Masters in Clinical Mental Health came years later from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. I believe I have a very down to earth process. I lean towards what is known as a Person-Centered or a Humanistic approach. In my therapeutic work, I have found this avenue quite effective.
