About My Clients
I work with individuals and relationships seeking deeper connection—with themselves and each other. Many of my clients are exploring identity, intimacy, and meaning. Whether they're unpacking gender, navigating open relationships, or healing from religious trauma, they’re looking for something real. Together, we build a space grounded in curiosity and care, where their full, complex selves are welcomed.
How I Can Help You
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist, I bring over a decade of experience supporting people through questions of identity, desire, and connection. My background in sexology, religious studies, and queer advocacy helps me offer an affirming, playful space grounded in postmodern theory, including Specificity Theory. Whether you're facing sexual shame, intimacy challenges, or a longing to feel more at home in yourself, I offer a place for honest, transformative work.
Why I Became a Therapist
I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to split off parts of yourself to belong. As a gay man raised in conservative religious spaces, I’ve lived the tension between authenticity and acceptance. That history grounds my work with LGBTQ+ clients and those healing religious trauma. I believe therapy offers a chance to stop performing and start connecting—with your body, your story, and your values. My hope is that every client leaves feeling more seen, more free, and more whole.
