My Background and Approach
Our clinicians use evidenced based practices to help clients accomplish their goals and resolve what is brining them into counseling. Our clinician's have many different specialities and areas if interest. Specialties include trauma therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Art therapy. Our clinicians are prepared to help with anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, trauma, and relationship concerns.
