Anger is a powerful emotion that pulls us in different directions. Through Intense Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy interventions, we will look at exploring the anger impulses as opposed to managing it and getting the anger to go away.

I have worked with The Gottman Institute and have completed Levels 1, 2 and 3 of Clinical Trainings to help couples have strong friendship, conflict management skills and shared purpose for their relationships. Using the Gottman's relationship research and assessment process we will help your relationship in intentional ways to help it grow and heal from the past.

Emotions lead us to what is behind the scenes. Most often we have difficulty breaking through problems because of unknown processes and needs that create problems for our daily living. My current supervisor is fully credentialed in Intense Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy.

I have completed level three of the Clinical Trainings from The Gottman Institute in Seattle and lead couples workshops all over San Diego to help couples maximize their friendship, increase their conflict management skills and create shared meaning for their relationship.
