About My Clients
My clients are thoughtful, self-aware people navigating anxiety, trauma, relationships, or life transitions. Many are exploring identity, including parenthood, race, culture, gender, sexuality, or roles shaped by family and society. Some are high-functioning on the outside while feeling unseen or overwhelmed inside. My clients value therapy that is sees them and their culture, has humor, is collaborative, and grounded in lived experience.
My Background and Approach
I’m curious about what’s happened to you, how you’ve learned to adapt, and what you need now. I believe healing happens through radical honesty, compassion, and collaboration. I work with clients to explore identity, relationships, grief, and long-standing patterns while honoring the cultural, social, and personal contexts that shape us. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make meaning, and reconnect with yourself in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in a radical and compassionate way for living: we stop organizing our lives around the belief that we don’t make sense, we stop playing small, and start healing the anxiety, fear, and shame that limit us from authentic lives. I believe in and practice anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and body positive clinical treatment. I am a sex-positive, believe that sex work is real work, and that children/teens are autonomous humans. I believe in work that centers the ability for clients to access freedom and joy.
