My mission is to provide compassionate and effective counseling services to adolescents as young as 10, individuals, and couples, with a focus on promoting emotional intelligence, healing attachment wounds, managing anxiety and depression, and fostering self-esteem. I am committed to supporting personal growth and strengthening relationships, empowering clients to lead more fulfilling and resilient lives.
My Background and Approach
I received my Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I have experience working with children as young as 8 years-old, teenagers, adults, couples, and families. I am passionate about integrating Christian faith and helping couples. I am a trained facilitator in Prepare-Enrich, a fully-customized relationship assessment tool.
