My Background and Approach
I received my BA in Social Sciences from Stony Brook University in New York and my MA from the University of Montana. I have spent years studying the complex terrain of human experience from both within, and outside, the world of professional mental health services. I've developed the skills necessary to help people navigate life's real-world challenges. By starting with the assumption that our problems are our teachers, I have learned the importance of helping my clients orient their outlook toward growth and transformation. Having gone through the necessary formal training, and having directly experienced this process myself, I understand how to help others find their own paths of growth. test
