About My Clients
Grant earned his bachelor's degree in psychology, theology, and religion from the University of San Diego, where he developed a strong interest in existential questions, meaning, and personal growth. He later completed his master's degree in counseling psychology at Santa Clara University. Throughout his career, he has worked in outpatient and intensive outpatient settings, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families with a wide range of mental health concerns.
My Background and Approach
His approach integrates Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and EMDR. By tailoring treatment to each individual's needs, Grant helps clients develop greater emotional awareness, strengthen relationships, process difficult experiences, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
