About My Clients

My clients often come from diverse neurodiverse backgrounds and identities, and tend to explore how to have more comfortable emotional connections with themselves and others. My clients explore the different parts of themselves and also find ways to cultivate the joys within their lives.

My Background and Approach

I have a background and training in systemic and relational therapy frameworks since the start of my graduate education in 2021. I completed a masters in 2023, and I am currently a third-year PhD candidate at Drexel University with a research interest on systemic-relational theories, couple therapy, and intimate partner violence. My approach includes an intersectional and contextually responsive lens, recognizing that identity, systemic pressures, and lived experiences all shape emotional and relational well-being. I use a trauma-informed approach along with techniques from narrative therapy, internal family systems (IFS), emotionally focused-therapy (EFT), and contextual therapy. I also offer sliding scale when available. Clients that use out-of-network insurance benefits, I am paired with Thrizer to help assist with reimbursement. My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I often seek feedback from my clients throughout our work and consider the importance of a trusting therapy relationship for productive change. Depending on the needs of my clients, I show up in the therapy room either with a softer or more directive approach to help them grow and move through current and past challenges. I value co-creation and collaboration with my clients, and consider ourselves as the expert within our own lives while also acknowleding how important it is receive support and guidance from others. On a personal note, I tend to go with the flow and like to play video games, attend music events, and be in natural open spaces. I live with a partner and two cats, and I am originally from Southern California.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
