About My Clients
I recognize that grief comes in many forms throughout life. Whether you have found yourself here due to the loss of a relationship, job, sense of self, or death of a family member, friend, pet, etc., it is my mission to be a supportive listener.
My Background and Approach
I attended the University of Central Arkansas for Mental Health Counseling and graduated in 2019. I am skilled in modalities such as cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as attachment therapy. I am also certified in Grief - it is my absolute joy to walk with you during any season of transition.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My hope is to help you identify and understand how grief will fit into your life, and combat the many physical and emotional symptoms that occur during the grieving process. While I believe in utilizing the best therapeutic intervention to fit my client's needs, I frequently apply cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, and attachment therapy. Knowing where to start can feel overwhelming, but you will not be alone as we take those first steps together.
