I’m passionate about serving women and mothers by facilitating healing, personal growth, and finding comfort within themselves as they face the many challenges experienced throughout pregnancy, parenthood, and life in general. I understand that major life changes such as pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and parenthood are challenging AND truly believe you can find relief with the right support. I will love to walk alongside as you navigate these experiences.
My Background and Approach
My passion for working with women in the perinatal and parenthood stages of life stems from my own experience. Pregnancy, postpartum, experiences of trying to expand one’s family, and parenthood are uniquely challenging stages of life–and they require unique types of support. I want to help women navigate these complex life experiences, where their needs are met, voices are heard, and they feel empowered to face uncertainty. My approach to psychotherapy is relational and tailored to your needs with a trauma-informed lens. I draw from various therapeutic modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, and Polyvagal theory. This blend allows us to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings naturally.
