I'm the owner of Grace & Peace Christian Counseling. As a licensed therapist, I have more than 15 years of experience helping individuals, groups, and families. My theoretical approach includes:Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Christian Counseling, Integrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based Therapy.
