About My Clients
My ideal client is a woman or mother who feels overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from herself while navigating pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, relationships, or life transitions. She is seeking a supportive space to heal, gain insight, build coping skills, and reconnect with her confidence, identity, and sense of balance.
My Background and Approach
Too often, therapy feels abstract, but my approach is different. I create a supportive, collaborative space while equipping clients with practical, evidence-based tools they can use right away. The goal? Sustainable change. I help people better understand themselves, manage challenges with confidence, and create growth that lasts. My framework blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions into personalized plans that actually fit real life. I am also expanding my expertise by pursuing certifications in Alcohol and Drug Counseling (CADC) and Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), so I can meet clients at critical moments—whether they’re navigating substance use or the unique challenges of pregnancy and postpartum. This is therapy with balance—structure when you need it, flexibility when life happens, and compassion at the core. The result is resilience, self-compassion, and the ability to move forward with clarity and purpose.
