My approach is integrative, inclusive of Somatic Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy for Trauma Healing, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to support healing the root of the trauma imprints held in the nervous system and tissues, inner child healing and attachment repair, nervous system healing and integration, and a body-felt sense of safety, ease, health, well-being and joy - body, mind, heart, soul & spirit.
