About My Clients

I work with clients who are seeking a safe and supportive place to explore what feels heavy, confusing, or painful. Many of my clients come to therapy because they long for deeper connection. The clients I serve are willing to take a step toward themselves, into both the light and the dark places within. They are ready to experiment with honesty, to invite curiosity into places that may have felt shut down, and to trust that their story matters.

My Background and Approach

I bring my authentic self to session, supporting individuals, couples, and families through grief, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, transitions, and the longing for deeper authenticity. My approach is rooted in safety, trust, and the belief that healing arises when people feel genuinely seen. Rather than fixing or pathologizing, I listen for the wisdom already within you and support growth as your truths unfold. I integrate IFS, Gestalt, ACT, somatic and mindfulness practices, and relational approaches. With individuals, I help explore patterns, build self-compassion, and find new ways of relating to self. With couples and families, I guide partners and loved ones to understand the wounds fueling conflict and to cultivate new ways of connecting. I honor the roles of spirituality, identity, and culture in shaping each story. My work is about accompanying you back to what matters most—greater presence, authenticity, and belonging.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My path to psychotherapy began through a deep curiosity about the human experience, shaped by studies in anthropology, religion, and Tibetan Buddhist psychology. In my 20s, I had a powerful experience in therapy that helped me through a difficult period, showing me the transformative potential of being deeply seen and supported. I have also navigated my own journey with chronic pain, which has taught me patience, humility, and the importance of listening closely to the body. Today, I bring a relational and integrative approach to my work, rooted in mindfulness, somatic practices, and compassion. I believe therapy is a path of returning to oneself, cultivating resilience, connection, and wholeness.
