Growth isn’t always easy, but it’s a journey worth taking. I have experience ranging from therapy with teens and adults to direct support of adults with developmental and physical disabilities. My approach is compassionate and empathetic, creating a space for us to engage in self-discovery with both patience and perseverance.
My Background and Approach
I have a Master's degree in Social Work and clinical experience with adults, elders, and people with neurodivergent minds. I also have additional training in mental health disorders beyond my masters.

I’m especially passionate about providing a safe space for teens and adults who want to learn to grow and embrace themselves.
