About My Clients
Life can often present us with roadblocks, hardships, and tragedies. And because of this its sometimes easy to feel stuck and helpless. I help with issues ranging from depression, anxiety, life transitions, low-self-esteem, family conflict, substance abuse, poor relationships, etc. I equip clients with the tools and coping skills they need to build resiliency and develop better self-esteem, relationships, communication skills, etc. to live a healthier, more meaningful and productive life.
My Background and Approach
As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner I care deeply about the emotional and mental health of my clients. I assess, diagnose, and treat mental health needs. In my 20 year career in mental health nursing I've worked in hospitals, behavioral health/addictions clinics, long-term care/assisted living facilities, remote telehealth nursing, etc.
