My Background and Approach

I started Atman Wellness with the idea of providing therapy that considers both the mind and the body in the healing process. I understand that when you can regulate your nervous system, you can regulate your mind. I aim to help with just that-- exploring skills and techniques to help you master your nervous system, befriend your body, and learn to listen to the wisdom of felt sensations so you can delve into the hard work of mastering your mind. Through this process, we will create safety within the body so you can address unhelpful, untrue, and unwanted stories that lead to unhelpful and unwanted behaviors and experiences. You can heal from the past and show up to your life as your true self-- mind, body, and soul.

I firmly believe that every individual deserves dignity, respect, and a safe space to be truly seen. This belief fuels my deep commitment to social change and to building stronger, more inclusive communities that uplift and support those who have been marginalized.
