My Background and Approach
I received Bachelor in Social Work from the University of Wyoming in 2019 and my Master of Social work in 2020 from Boise State University. I am a Provisionally Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Wyoming. I received my yoga instructor RYT-200 certification in 2019 and draw on the mind-body philosophy of yoga within the therapeutic environment. I promote physical and mental healing through meditation, journaling, breathing and gentle movement exercises, mindfulness, and artful expression, in addition to using therapeutic modalities such as ACT, CBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and many more.
