My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy doesn’t have to be a painful and heartbreaking thing. A lot of people think therapy means you have to dredge up every childhood event and past problems and issues. I find for most people talking about the here and now is more effective. If something from your past is currently impacting you, trust me it will come up.
