About My Clients
Do you ever feel stuck in cycles of self-criticism or overwhelmed by life’s chaos? I help clients move toward feeling grounded, embodied, and confident in their choices. I’m especially passionate about supporting people navigating trauma, disordered eating, anxiety, OCD, trauma, grief, life transitions, and identity exploration. Together, we’ll create a space for honest reflection, balance, and authentic growth.
My Background and Approach
The tools and approaches I bring into therapy are ones I’ve developed over years of working with people facing trauma, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. My goal is for you to leave therapy with practical strategies you can lean on in daily life, while also feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself. I’m compassionate and curious, but also direct when needed. We’ll start with what’s happening for you right now and build from there. I draw from somatic practices, mindfulness, EMDR, and sensorimotor psychotherapy to help you better understand what’s happening in both your body and mind. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to show up as your full self, while learning ways to roll with life’s challenges more easily.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is for everyone; a space to untangle the messy, complicated feelings and experiences that life throws our way. Too often, therapy gets portrayed as cold or clinical, but I strive to make it the opposite: warm, casual, and safe. At its core, therapy with me is about being real. You’ll never have to wonder what I’m thinking because I’ll share that with you, and I hope you’ll feel comfortable letting me know if something doesn’t land right. I believe unprocessed experiences don’t have to define us, and healing comes from facing them together in an authentic, supportive relationship.
