Grace has experience working with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relational conflict, self-esteem concerns, eating disorders, questions about sexuality, identity, and religion, and life transitions.
My Background and Approach
Grace strives to offer a safe, judgment free space for clients to enter and discuss what has been weighing them down, and keeping them from where they want to be in life. She is happy to simply provide a listening ear or to offer up tools and resources depending on what you feel you need that day as she is passionate about therapy being individualized and tailored for the unique needs of each client.
