I work with adolescents and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and are seeking support in navigating life’s challenges. Many of my clients are managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or mood-related concerns, while others are going through major life transitions, relationship difficulties, or periods of uncertainty.
