About My Clients
I specialize in working with kids, teens, and young adults who desire a space to be heard and process the transitions of life.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from Mount Mary University in May of 2026, and began my own private practice. Before becoming a therapist I primarily worked in child after-school care and as a CNA. I have a passion working with young people and tailor therapy to the client.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, heard, and accepted exactly as they are. My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that healing happens through genuine connection—not judgment. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming environment where people of all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences are welcome. I am passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults as they navigate life's transitions, whether they're facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, or simply trying to figure out who they are. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process that honors each person's unique strengths, values, and goals. No topic is off the table, and together we'll work toward building resilience, confidence, and a life that feels meaningful to you.
