Before I became a therapist, I mainly worked with children through the YMCA or other after-school care programs. I have a passion for working with littles and allowing them to cultivate a space where they are free to express their true selves.

Relationships are at the heart of our well-being, and interpersonal concerns are one of the most common themes I address in therapy with clients of all ages. I help individuals navigate challenges involving friendships, dating relationships, family dynamics, communication, conflict, boundaries, trust, and life transitions. My approach focuses on helping clients gain insight into relationship patterns, strengthen communication skills, build healthy boundaries, and develop more secure, fulfilling

Through my clinical experience, I have developed a strong understanding of the unique emotional, social, and developmental challenges that arise during the teen years. Whether clients are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity development, academic stress, family conflict, or peer relationships, I provide a supportive space where they can feel understood while building practical skills to navigate life's transitions with greater confidence.

My passion for working with children began long before I became a therapist. Prior to entering the mental health field, I spent several years working with children through the YMCA and other childcare settings, where I gained firsthand experience supporting their social, emotional, and behavioral development. Those experiences continue to shape my warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate approach to therapy.

I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, with teenagers making up the majority of my caseload. Through my clinical experience, I have developed a strong understanding of the unique emotional, social, and developmental challenges that arise during the teen years.
