About My Clients
I have clinical experience working with individuals with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, divorce, ADHD/ executive functioning issues, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
My Background and Approach
My theoretical orientation is primarily person-centered, which means that I believe that given a nonjudgmental, accepting space to explore issues, individuals can move towards growth and change. In addition to a person-centered approach, I frequently incorporate mindfulness into sessions, as well as techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, and expressive arts therapy.
