About My Clients

I work with clients who find themselves burnt-out, stuck, anxious, or navigating difficult transitions. Clients find clarity, peace-of mind, and empowerment through person-centered, evidenced based video therapy sessions.

My Background and Approach

I have a Master’s in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University. I have a strong foundation in CBT with a trauma-informed approach. I often incorporate mindfulness and somatic techniques. I value authenticity, trust, and kindness– they’re essential building blocks for doing the work. The therapeutic process can be thought of as an excavation of one’s history and narratives. Let’s dig in together, examining unconscious beliefs and emotional wounds, and bring to light that which needs healing. There are many modes of healing– practicing radical acceptance, creating new stories, shedding societal messages about our self-worth, practicing nervous system regulation, and more. This beautiful, worthwhile self-work creates space for living a life that is aligned, purposeful, and joyful.
