Anyone who has experienced trauma/ Complex or otherwise in their life experience. Generally, speaking individuals/Couples are predominantly between the age range of 18+ and older.
My Background and Approach
The collaborative approach is key to my psychotherapeutic praxis. I am keenly aware of how life's daily challenges may disturb one's homeostasis and move you away from your North Star. Through direct guidance and support, an individual can find their internal meaning again because the true key is within the individual.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that all of us are participating in this joyous experiment called "life" and we are here to support each other. Everyone deserves to find their true life meaning and be called their honored name by their friends and family.
