I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) which incorporates mindfulness, communication, and emotion regulation skills to help clients decrease unwanted thoughts, emotions, behaviors and move towards acceptance. I am passionate about helping clients with anxiety, depression, impulsivity, relationship issues, and difficulties with communication.
I strive to create a healing space for clients to share personal experiences while working together to improve daily functioning and overall wellbeing. I am grateful for the opportunity to walk side by side with my clients through the ups and downs of life.
I provide trauma-informed treatment and am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
