About My Clients

I am here to help you explore your feelings, heal from the past, and prepare for the future. I will support and guide you toward creating positive change and building upon your strengths. I will work collaboratively with you to explore connections between your past, thoughts, and feelings and how you interact with the world.
My Background and Approach
I have a relational approach to therapy, and come from a trauma-informed, attachment-based, psychodynamic lens. I believe your therapy should be person-centered for your specific needs. I believe that as your therapist we will work collaboratively to better help with your specific needs. My mission is to help folks heal from their experiences, grow and foster a healthier, more loving relationship with themselves and others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Some facts about me: 1. I am avid animal lover, and do my best to help out at local animal shelters. I have a dog and fish. 2. I like to be an active member of my community, and have participated and volunteered for community day, I have participated in the Woman's March, Immigration Protests, Black Lives Matter Movement (As an ally), Gay Rights/Trans Rights, #MeToo movement and many other social and political issues. I believe in helping where I can and being mindful of the spaces I am in as to not take away from their purpose or space. 3. I love sports, specifically, basketball. I played for years and have been an official/referee since I was in undergraduate college. 4. I also believe in supporting local and small businesses. You can always find me at a craft show, local festivals, etc.
