About My Clients
My clients often carry relationship stress, family conflict, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and the quiet but persistent feeling that they're stuck. Whatever brings you here, you don't have to figure it out alone. My approach is collaborative and strengths based, and I work with individuals, couples, and families from kids to adolescents to adults. Wherever you are, reach out. I'd love to hear from you! My first two sessions are completely free.
My Background and Approach
I obtained my undergraduate degree in Biology at Indiana University, where I built a foundation in the biological sciences that now informs how I understand and explain the science behind human connection and change. As a Masters Intern, this blend of scientific grounding and relational training means I can help you understand not just what you're experiencing, but why, and how we can collaboratively work toward meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Outside of counseling, I enjoy dancing, singing, volunteering with Big Brother Big Sister, and attending local live music events.
