About My Clients

I typically work with anxiety, trauma (especially developmental trauma), and relationship issues. Additionally, I provide specialized therapy for adults with ADHD, including individual and group therapy, and conduct ADHD assessments for adults. Together we can explore how ADHD has affected you and identify specific techniques to help you feel more confident and productive.

My Background and Approach

I primarily work from a psychodynamic perspective, meaning I value exploring your childhood experiences and relationships to understand how you see yourself, others, and the world. I also rely on techniques from trauma-informed therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, embodiment practices, and mindfulness to tailor treatment to your individual needs. I am a LGBTQIA and neurodivergent-affirming therapist and work with people from various racial, cultural, and economic backgrounds. I do my utmost to ensure every session feels safe and respectful of who you are and what you need out of therapy.
