I enjoy supporting women navigating stress, burnout, grief, life transitions, caregiving challenges, identity shifts, and the emotional changes that often come with midlife.
My Background and Approach
I provide a warm, compassionate space where clients can slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and mind-body practices to help clients better understand their emotions, reduce overwhelm, and build resilience. What makes this work meaningful to me is witnessing the moments when clients begin to feel more grounded, hopeful, and connected to themselves again. I believe healing happens not only through insight, but also through feeling safe, supported, and empowered to create lasting change one small step at a time.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with family, being in nature, practicing mindfulness, and creative activities like crocheting, which I personally find calming and restorative. My hope is to help others discover the practices and inner strengths that support their own healing journey.
