I work best with teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. My ideal clients are open to exploring their emotions, learning new coping skills, and building healthier relationships with themselves and others. I also welcome adults seeking support, guidance, and practical tools to manage challenges and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
My Background and Approach
Hi, I’m Grace! I’m a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) with a master’s degree in social work from the University of Kansas (2021). I earned my clinical license in March 2024, and since then, I’ve been dedicated to helping clients find hope, balance, and strength through life’s challenges. I specialize in working with teens—supporting them through the ups and downs of adolescence—but I also enjoy working with adults of all ages. I treat a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, and life transitions. In sessions, I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and ACT, tailoring therapy to meet each person’s unique needs. I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and even a little creative. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, while also giving you tools that make a real difference outside the therapy room.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves a safe, affirming space to be heard and supported. I value inclusivity, compassion, and authenticity, and I am an ally to the LGBTQ+ community. I am committed to being actively antiracist and to advocating for equity and justice. Mental health advocacy and reducing stigma are close to my heart, as well as supporting teens in navigating today’s challenges. Outside of therapy, I care deeply about creativity, community connection, and building a kinder, more understanding world.
